Super friendly and helpful! definitely recommend!

Updating review, original left below: Changing from two stars to one star. After being quoted over $2800 for the repair of two wheel bearings and 2 sway bar links I took my vehicle to another shop. For the exact same work that these people quoted me $2800 this other shop completed the work for a little over $700. These people will rob you and act like they are doing you a favor as they take your money. This is not a slight difference in price between shops, this is borderline criminal and they will take advantage of you. Original review: Asked for a quote on a front left wheel bearing for my vehicle, they asked me to drop it off and they’d give me a quote. They called me back and proceeded to try to sell me on a laundry list of services that I did not ask them to look into nor was interested in having performed as the vehicle is 20 years old with 200k+ miles. I then I had to pay a $230 diagnostic fee to be told exactly what I had told them was wrong to begin with. While I can understand a diagnostic fee is to be charged for work and labor that goes into diagnosing a problem I do not see how it’s reasonable to charge me a diagnostics fee for a problem I diagnosed myself and provided exact information on what services I needed on exactly what vehicle. On the flip side they are extremely friendly and very polite.

Gerry's has 'rejuvenated' my 78 MGB and my 98 Jaguar. He talked me through every portion of both repairs. He made me fully aware of the money and philosophy in a timely manner. My 86 f150 is next!

Bruce and his crew are the best! My whole family has been coming here for 25+ years.

Great service and communication.

Had many issues with my 2018 Buick Enclave. After a couple of visits with Gerry's auto was able to determine the problem and hopefully fix it permanently. Car was returned clean and was treated with kindness all the way through. Dan and Bruce were very helpful.

Bruce & Dan treat you like a great family. They are truthful as to what’s wrong with your ride. Priced right and just all in all a great neighborhood shop.

Professional service. They informed me every step of the way on the repairs on my’80 MGB.

The owner, Bruce explained what was needed to be done and at what cost up front. My car had multiple problems and he and his crew repaired them all in a short period of time. It good to know that there is a place where I can take a car for repairs and get the job done right !! Have been there several times before and will probably be there again in the future, keeping things up and running !!

Very happy with Gerry’s service. I have a 1980 triumph spitfire that I know is well cared for because Bruce knows these cars inside and out. Highly recommend.

Outstanding experience from an honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced car service provider. I appreciated the quality of the work done on my F-Type S as well as the recommendations made for future services both done without the upselling of unnecessary work as too often done at many dealerships.
