I have been searching for a very long time for a very high-quality thorough automotive repair facility and I have finally found one with Gerry”s automotive. From dealing with the owner Bruce to working with his wonderful staff of Melissa and Dan and Lucas and Joe everything was outstanding! Outstanding experience from an honest, knowledgeable, and fairly priced car service provider. I appreciated the quality of the work done on my F-Type S as well as the recommendations made for future services both done without the upselling of unnecessary work as too often done at many dealerships. One look at the high end cars being worked on as well as those outside in their parking area was indicative of the trust that they have earned in WNY. My family has been taking cars to Gerry's for more than three decades! They're honest about what work truly needs to be done, and what you can wait on. They also have great seasonal deals (spring and winter tune-ups are great options), and whether you're talking to Bruce, the owner, or one of his empoloyees, everyone is helpful and kind. It's almost like visiting friends! I would definitely recommend Gerry's over any other auto service in the area. You know you're going to get a fair price, and great service!

They fixed my truck. They were extremely fast. They ordered the parts and had them installed in less than 24 hours.

Bruce and his entire team did a spectacular job restoring my ’99 Celica convertible to its former glory. I really value honest, conscientious, & thoughtful service, and I was very impressed by my interactions with Bruce. He gave me all the options for the essential work & let me know exactly what could wait. I’d been worried about whether they’d even be able to find all the right parts (especially after trying to track them down myself), but because they’re the go-to shop for classic cars, Gerry’s has a great network for sourcing (and they can get creative when they need to). It’s not an exaggeration to say they effectively reset the clock by 25 years on my car. I didn't really trust its reliability before, but now I can’t wait for the spring weather to get here! If you’re looking for a shop that treats your vehicle like their own and operates with real integrity, look no further... I can’t recommend them highly enough!

Exceptional customer service could not be happier and my car drives great

Gerry's went the extra mile and found the damaged wire in the large bundle of wires going through the firewall into the dashboard. The diagnostic codes did not give much of a clue to the cause of the error that disabled several safety features, but Gerry's did not stop, they found the root cause and fixed the issue.

I was referred to Gerry’s by a trusted source and was very happy with the detailed explanation of the service items and timely follow up after resolving a check engine light issue.

My inspection, oil change, filter change, battery replacement, tire rotation, and wiper blade change were efficient and fast. Reasonable prices and friendly service as always.

Service was good for my son's BMW 3 but lying about transfer case oil change is really bad! We agreed price of 280 dollars for the work and I even gave them VIN number to make sure they know which car we are talking about. Later in I got a call from the manager telling me that he was thinking the car had 6 cylinders. He was claiming that 4 cylinder transfer case oil change price is almost 500 dollars! I did approve the cost because the job needed to be done Later on I did talk with several people including BMW to find out that these people were lying! Good work, nice people but not honest! Not the way to start business with me! Osmo

We are very pleased with Gerry's Service. We called for an estimate and they did some research and called back with a ballpark number that afternoon. In comparison, we called the dealer & were told that we'd have to bring the car in and it was $190 per hour to diagnose the problem. There wasn't much to "diagnose". Our dog snapped the windshield wiper control off at the steering column. Gerry's did the work quickly & for less than the estimate. They were great!

After my tire broke loose from my car I was able to get towed to Gerry’s Auto Service. Everyone there was extremely professional. I received a thorough report of the work that needed to be done and was kept appraised of any new discoveries and the cost of these repairs.

The guys were awesome to work with and were able to get me in and out in the same day! Will absolutely be going back for all of my auto repair needs.

It’s like I have a brand new car. So much work was done to get my classic road worthy but it was worth it. I can’t wait until the spring to take it for a spin.
